Guide to the necessary steps after a release update
We continuously develop our 3spin Learning software for you and publish a new release update about four times a year. On this page, you will find a short guide to the steps you should take after the update to access our new 3spin Learning App as soon as possible.
Update Headsets
Please update your mobile headsets to be able to use the new 3spin Learning version. Here you find detailed instructions:
- Meta Quest
Download the 3spin Learning app via our installer on the install page in the WMS (Install App). - Meta Quest for Business
Send us your Device Manager ID via the install page in the WMS (Install App). We will then enable your portal to access 3spin Learning. - HoloLens
Download the 3spin Learning app from your app store available in HoloLens. - HTC Vive / Windows Desktop App
Download the 3spin Learning app from your Microsoft App Store. - PICO
To install the 3spin Learning app on your PICO 4 Enterprise or PICO Neo3 Pro, please download and install our app from the PICO Business Store on your device.
Clear Your Browser Cache
Please remember to clear your browser cache before logging into the WMS for the first time.
Testing Of Existing Units
Despite extensive testing and quality assurance, isolated errors in existing learning units cannot always be avoided.
Therefore, please take a moment and check your existing learning units.
