New Features And Improvements
- Mandatory course invitation emails on assignment
When learners are newly assigned to a mandatory course, they now automatically receive an invitation email. This ensures timely notification and a direct entry point to start the required training. - Email reminder for uncompleted or overdue mandatory courses
When learners have uncompleted or overdue mandatory course, they now automatically receive a reminder email every two weeks until the course is completed. - Overdue mandatory course overview for administrators
Administrators can now see at a glance which users have overdue mandatory courses directly in the member list. The list supports filtering by overdue status, enabling efficient follow-up on outstanding training requirements. The team member list now also displays the total course count per user. In the course enrollment modal, status labels show the course history at a glance, and sorting options allow administrators to quickly find and manage specific enrollments. - Significantly reduced AI dialog latency
The latency in AI-powered soft-skill trainings has been significantly reduced across all platforms. The overall perceived waiting time between speaking and receiving an AI response is noticeably shorter. - More natural AI character lip sync
More accurate and natural-looking mouth movements during AI conversations. - Optimized AI dialog interface
The user interface for AI dialogues has been redesigned with clearer state indicators. The cancel button has been repositioned to prevent accidental taps, and the overall UI is simplified for a more intuitive and immersive experience. - Cleaner team member list
The team member list now shows only relevant and active users, making it significantly more manageable for team administrators. Users that are not relevant for admin workflows are no longer displayed. - User list in table format
The user list has been redesigned from a tile layout to a clear table format, providing a better overview and improved usability for team management. - Improved pagination for large lists
Lists with many entries can now be navigated much more efficiently. The pagination element has been optimized with a total entry count display, extended navigation options for larger jumps, and the ability to jump directly to a specific page. - Improved Auto-Enrollment
Auto-enrollment has been clarified for better understanding. The list of all enrolled users has been added. - Duplicating courses and units to another team
Users with the role Author, Limited Author or Team Admin can now duplicate units and courses from one team to another team, if they have editing permission in both teams.
Changes
- Starting an AI Dialog by clicking on the character. The click on the tooltip „Click to Talk“ has been removed.
- Renamed the course section to „Manage Courses“ as this section is only for authors and administrators.
Bug Fixes
- Known issues with dialog interruptions, fast clicking, and inappropriate messages have been resolved.
- AI characters now reliably speak their response when the user submits a message during a conversation.
- Fixed an issue where the AI conversation would end without a response after the message was sent with a button press.
- Switching between AI characters during a conversation no longer causes the wrong character to respond.
- AI Dialogs will no longer be triggered accidentally when starting to look around by click-and-drag in the web app.
- Fixed an issue where certain characters inside the ai cue trigger title would cause an error.
- WBTs with very long descriptions can now be added to courses without errors.
- Text variable comparisons with initial empty values now return correct results in conditions.
- Fixed an issue where synthesized audio would sometimes ignore the selected locale.
- Fixed an issue where characters where not speaking when they started as inactive.
- Fixed an issue where an AI character changes their conversation behavior after performing an ai-prompt action.
- Long names no longer overflow onto other UI elements.
- Long usernames in network nameplates are now correctly abbreviated again.
- Team invitation emails now include the correct login hint.
- The WMS now displays at the correct height on iPad.
- Fixed releasing a unit not setting the current user as the author.
