Changes
- Authoring capabilities now include a minimum scale limit of 0.001 of 3D models

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where helper would show the hint button even if no hint was configured for the current objective.
- Fixed an issue where the helper-speak action would sometimes play multiple sounds at once.
- Fixed an issue where the webapp had trouble displaying materials correctly using tiling, occlusion and emissive textures.
- Fixed several issues where scene changes in network sessions lead to the application being stuck.
- Fixed an issue where the learn together panel would fail to load.
- Fixed issues where app was unable to close a unit properly and did not return to portal/lobby.
