Improvements

Changes

• Changed course list sorting to alphabetical, with numbers listed first
• Changed that the toolbar is initial hidden when entering a learning unit
• Changed the shortcut interaction for toggling the menu bar on/off to the key CTRL (Control) in desktop and web app

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where 3D assets had a blue tint
• Fixed an issue where the user was able to teleport on UI elements like the toolbar
• Fixed incorrect fade in/out on HoloLens
• Fixed an issue where downloads of large unit file sizes crashed the app
