Please do not update the software on your PICO VR glasses until further notice.
An update of the PICO operating system to version 5.6.0 currently blocks the 3spin Learning App with the error message "Entitlement check failed. Please purchase the app from official channels.
The background seems to be that with this system update, the manufacturer is continuing to implement the differentiation between "consumer" and "business" variants of PICO 4.
According to current knowledge, only the "consumer" variants of the PICO 4 on which the 3spin Learning App was manually installed are affected.
The PICO 4 Business has access to the PICO Business App Store, where our app is already accredited and does not seem to be affected by this problem.
